For instance the deaf, physically handicapped and the blind should have different support programmes from the rest of the community. In other words, support programmes should be tailor-made to suit all participants for it to be more relevant and effective if well understood. The importance of human rights and human rightssupport programmes should also include peace education programmes for the literate and illiterate, young and adults, rich and poor.
