He also considers power as a present means, for man to obtain some future apparent good. The book concludes that power is indeed, an essential part of human person. It is a hinge on which revolve the daily activities of man. Those who rule over others do so because of the mandate given them by the people.

Dennis Chigh Hula, is an erudite scholar of high repute, a religious and a seasoned administrator. He schooled at The Spiritan School of Philosophy Isienu-Nsukka while with the Holy Ghost Congregation. Since then he has written two Books to his credit and facilitated many spiritual workshops across many parishes in the Makurdi Diocese.
