Finally, data have been analyzed by logistic regression techniques.The logistic regression model confirmed that cost recovery efficiency strongly affects sustainability of rural water supply schemes. The result shows that when cost recovery is improved by 1%, the sustainability of rural water supply schemes also increases by 1.5%. The cumulative effect of the five variables (Community participation, Cost recovery, community satisfaction, technology perception and institutional support) contributed to sustainability of rural water supply schemes at R2 = 0.134, 2 = 8.58, Significant at P 0.05.
