Agriculture Institute libraries play an important role in providing the right information at the right time for the agricultural, scientific, and technological development of a nation. Libraries are social institutions which serve the needs of their community of users. The evaluation of the library is based on how well it serves user needs. Progress in science and technology means the libraries must provide a variety of information services to users. To achieve this, it is necessary to have a continuous feedback from users therefore, requests for further information on library and information services are asked from the end user. Some aspects of library service are more easily evaluated than others. Generally, the more concrete or specific the user requirement is, the easier it is to measure user satisfaction in absolute terms. The extent to which the library is used reflects the degree of user satisfaction, which may be measured by subjective procedures such as questionnaires or interviews, or by more objective, quantitative measures, such as percentage calculations and determination of capability indexes, etc.
