Tony Fusco, DPsych, has pioneered the first evidence-based approach to Authentic Leadership Development in the form of Authentic Leadership Group-Coaching. It is a unique and progressive approach to leadership development that is being increasingly adopted within the business community as an effective way to help leaders explore and understand the problems and paradoxes of their own personal leadership experience. In addition to group-coaching ALD Tony also engages in one-to-one Authentic Leadership coaching in which he helps leaders explore how they can effectively bring more of their genuine self-concept into their role as a leader. This in turn achieves the natural and enduring change that can create paradigm shifts in a leader's performance. tony@3dleadership.co.uk
