This report reports on a Professional Practice in Institutional Communication and Development carried out in the Pro Huerta Program of the rural extension agency INTA Río Cuarto, in the months of August to December 2017 and extended to the month of February 2018. The objectives of these Professional Practices were raised in response to the needs of the Pro Huerta Program and INTA AER Río Cuarto. In dialogue with the staff in charge, we decided that the practice would focus on collaborating in the design of a survey that, among other things, would allow us to explore and learn about the meanings that seed users assign to their gardens and their relationships with INTA, taking into account their stories and experiences. For the Pro Huerta Program, knowing the symbolic and material worlds of its beneficiaries was key, since INTA was requesting a change towards more participatory approaches, attentive to the needs of the beneficiaries.
