Todd M Milford, BSc, BEd, MEd, PhD (Vic) is a Lecturer in the Arts, Education and Law Group (AEL) at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. Previous to this he was an Assistant Professor in Education at the University of Victoria, BC, Canada.
