He has 55 years experience in Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning, as a consulting engineer, an owner, a chief engineer and as the Division Manager of design-build mechanical contractor. Further, he two inventions along the way in CAD-telecommunication with one going international in the late 1980s known as the C4 Construction Network.
