Cost efficiency is a very critical term for formulating a commodity. With a low price, people will get decent quality and they would like the quality. Bioequivalence monitoring must be required for the creation of a medication to ensure the clinical performance of medicines that have experienced improvements in processing processes as well as in formulation modifications. Here, we tried to create a cost-effective formulation of Ibuprofen tablets (400 mg) so that people could use it safely at a low price. The release profile, similarity factor (f2) and mechanical properties of the Ibuprofen tablets were also evaluated. Thus, owing to the low price of high quality excipients, this current formulation may be a better advertised commodity with at least one third lower prices.
