In vitro urolithiasis has been performed on the selected plant Uraria picta by using the standard drug, Neeri. The work was accomplished by simple in vitro antiurolithiatic model. In this method percentage dissolution of laboratory prepared kidney stone was measured which can be similar to the stone formed in human kidney.
