Professor Wenlong Liu is Research Fellow at Earthquake Administration of Shanghai Municipality (EASM) and Professor at University of Science and Technology of China. Before retirement, he was the Director of Shanghai Earthquake Prediction Institute and served as the Chief Scientist at EASM and Senior Scientist at China Earthquake Administration.
