The present research contributed to enriching the academic discussion in the field of product distribution. By investigating the best product distribution practices encountered within the distribution network of Agro Juice Processing, a major player in the FMCG industry in Morocco, this study extended existing theories developed around the topic of distribution network design to test their relevance within new settings. Indeed, this study focused on analysing the distribution network designs used for FMCG in Morocco in order to understand how they differ from the major distribution network designs that are discussed in the literature.
