This book takes you on one mans journey through the disappointments of divorce and devastation due to death. How do you make it during those tumultuous times? What does your mind, body, and soul do to cope? How do you heal? This collection of works is inspired by actual events of a true story through poems, haikus, and personal diary entries. There are recurring themes in this book that most have grappled with at some point in their life.
