Oulal Ali Hassen, 32 years old, received his doctorate degree in private Law from Abu Bakr Belkaid University at Tlemcen -Algeria- in 2023.  Mr. Oulal Ali Hassen has taught at faculty of law, Tlemcen University since 2019. He has taught several important courses in law, including: Private Contracts; Family Law, Legal Terminology 'In English'.
