The author is the founder-principal of the College of Biomedical Engineering and Applied Sciences, Kathmandu, Nepal, the only college for Biomedical education in Nepal. He has authored many articles and is editor and reviewer to several prestigious journals. He also heads the Subject Committee for Biomedical Engineering in Purbanchal University.
