Dr. Tapan K. Basu authored 200 research publications, written and edited a number of reference texts. He has also been a dedicated teacher. Dr. Basu is currently a Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at the Depart. of Agricultural, Food & Nutritional Science, Fac. of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Alberta.
