The objective of this study was to investigate anal pathologies during pregnancy and postpartum at the Reference Health Centre of Commune V in the district of Bamako. Results: During the study period, the frequency of anal pathologies was 32.7%. The different anal pathologies encountered were haemorrhoidal disease 46 cases (27.9%), anal fissure 3 cases (1.8%), anal incontinence 3 cases (1.8%) and associated pathologies (haemorrhoidal disease + anal fissure, haemorrhoidal disease + anal incontinence) 2 cases (1.2%). Their diagnoses were mainly clinical and the management was mainly medicinal. The risk factors were dominated by vaginal delivery and birth weight between 2500g - 4000g. The treatment includes regulation of intestinal transit and venotonics. Anal pathologies are frequent during pregnancy and especially in the postpartum period in our department.
