This book explores climate change and energy issues from various angles. Chapter 1 discusses the bilateral development cooperation related to climate technology in climate-related development finance. Chapter 2 provides a quantitative analysis of the competitiveness of the domestic renewable energy industry and its potential targets using GE Matrix and RCA index. In addition, Chapter 3 introduces the quantitative techniques to support "spatial adaptation to climate change" and suggests a framework so that users can achieve optimal spatial adaption. Chapter 4 examines energy consumption and energy price variations of 20 OECD countries from 1978 to 2013 that contributes to formulating more effective national energy price policies.
