The book represents collection of research studies that investigates the possibilities of Mobile Learning and then for the needs of the research conducted and develop several case study experiments. The focus of the research studies is investigation into assessing the effectiveness and performance of Mobile Learning and analyses of mobile software solutions in the higher education setting. The research is proposing a new way of tackling the process of programming of m-learning virtual environments by integrating and undertaking the software engineering approach based on m-learning factors that serve as multidimensional indicators developed within the study for analyses of multicollinearity and following the developed MAI Instructional model for organising the content and TBmLM (Task Based Mobile Learning) Methodology for instructional and development approach as well as MLUAT testing Methodology for testing and assessing m-learning effectiveness and performance. Finally a Usability m-learning framework is devised and recommendations and guidelines are proposed.
