La Sra. Rachna Jain Bansal se licenció en Ingeniería Electrónica y de Comunicaciones en la Escuela Estatal de Ingeniería C.R. de Murthal. Realizó un máster en Tecnología de la Información en la Universidad Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha de Delhi y un doctorado en Redes Adhoc en el Instituto Internacional de Investigación y Estudios Manav Rachna.
