The word pedestrians refer to the non-motorized movement mainly of persons travelling on foot this include movement by physical challenge, visually impaired, old and very young for different purposes through walking appears less attractive, it is considered as slow means of transport. The pedestrian's movements are restricted to sort distance travelling and they occur throughout the city complementing the use of public transport. Jalahalli cross is situated below the flyover connecting to Thumkur. This junction departs towards 4 route Peenya toward Yelahanka via Vidyaranyapura, Thumkur and Yeshwanthpur.
