Prof. Y.M. Cheng is the director of Smart Site Limited and part professor in the University of Hong Kong. Ir. C.W. Law is an experienced structural design engineer in high-rise buildings, deep basements and various types of foundations who also possesses teaching experience and author of a number of number of academic papers, design manuals and handbooks. Dr. Leilei Liu is an associate professor in Geological Engineering at Central South University, China.
