To do so, we will first describe the health system, the history of health financing in Gabon and the current situation of the CNAMGS. Finally, we will conclude with recommendations that could help this institution capitalize on its strengths and neutralize the weaknesses identified.

Flora Ekozowaka Nguemassa possui um mestrado em antropologia da Universidade de Omar Omar Bongo e dois mestrados, um em ciência política, opção de avaliação de políticas públicas da Universidade de Toulouse e outro em inteligência económica da Universidade Franco-Gabonesa de Libreville. É a autora de L'affaire Kongou (2013).
