_Adapting to perform better_ This is the objective of our study on the analysis of change management strategies in a company. We conducted this study for a Senegalese company, Sénélec, in order to diagnose the implementation of their NSIC project (new customer information system), which is a major change for the company's personnel. Since its creation in 1983, Sénélec has not experienced any changes in relation to their CIS. With the evolution of technology, the paradigm of the company is disturbed. Hence the implementation of the NSIC which will upset the known of the collaborators to bring them to marry the unknown. Thus, the company adopts a strategy to drive change within itself in order to sustain its activities.
