This thesis deals with an important task of universities: to secure teaching quality in universities, analysed in the case on one university (SDUT). It is in good structure includes theoretical and empirical analyses, the evaluations in the university with critical comments and well based proposals. The author describes the problems as well as the reasons in current internal teaching evaluation system in SDUT. Great suggestions on the improving ways are also proposed.
