The motive of this research work is to study variations and correlates of psychological disturbance on the women as a result of sexual harassment at the work place and psychological disorder as like depression, anxiety, denial, anger, fear, frustration, irritation, embarrassment, low self esteem, guilt and isolation. India has deployed a Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), the Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and the ILO Convention 202. Social security is a concept enshrined in Article 22 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and articulated most prominently in General Comment No. 19 on the right to social security, of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR, the Committee). The General Comment 19, also clearly elaborates that the rightto social security includes the realization of basic rights including nutrition, healthcare, housing, education, water and sanitation.
