The purpose of this work is to provide comparative analysis of the geometric parameters of slice, to determine the optimal parameters of dimensions slice and its influence on capacity of bucket wheel excavators. This will show the technological work schemes of the excavators bucket wheel, which will obtain the optimal parameters for the operation of the excavator bucket wheel in different working conditions viewed from geometric characteristic of cutting material.
