However efforts are undertaken by Tongaat Hulett ADX, despite the effort to maintain and retain employees has been problematic, empirical evidence from an exploratory study with some employees, which shows lack of involvement of employees with company activities, little dedication, non-compliance of goals and intensified in the critical historical period of the Mozambican economy (2016-2018), which resulted in dismissals on the company's initiative, and also increased the entry flow, making the workplace less attractive, which therefore interferes with the company's results . Because of this, this research aimed to analyze HR turnover in the company Tongaat Hulentt in 2016-2018, through its determinants (turnover index, factors and turnover behavior).
