The main objective of this degree work is to analyze the internal handling of cargo and to know how it affects the dispatch area in the Empresa Nacional Ecuatoriana de Transportes Pesos ENETSA S.A., whose branch is located in Santo Domingo, Av. Therefore, in order to investigate and study all those problems, it was necessary to carry out the mixed approach to characterize and quantify the existing problems of the company.
