Now a days, in order to quench the thirst of high resolution quality image is on great demand in various applications such as multimedia, biomedical, satellite imaging, mobile application and for the mostly useful application i.e. for our agricultural system.India is an Agrarian country. In this new method of automatic detection and automatic quantification of the diseased leaf area of the of the plant using image processing techniques of enhancing adaptive learning digital image super-resolution and hybrid algorithm for diseases classification that deals with the problems related with the infected part on the leafs from image acquisition and reconstruction of compromised extremities of the leaf. Therefore, this will be looking for fast, automatic, less expensive and accurate method to detect plant disease cases which one of the great realistic significance.
