Designs geometric ineligible (on existing roads) potential lead to accidents, such as the curve is too sharp, layered conditions road pavement that does not meet the requirements (which are too slippery surfaces) contribute the cause of the accident. Road traffic accident was increase from time to time in southern region of Tigiray in alarming rate. According the southern Tigiray Region police the high number of road traffic accident was recorded in Alamata, Raya Azebo (Mehoni) and Hewane, that is research study area. The main objective this study is to analyze traffic road accident related to geometric design parameters of road of (Alamata, Mehoni and Hewane). The target populations considered in this research was the population existing within the range of the study area, which are total length of asphalt road, road data, traffic accident report from police station (injury, crash, killed, damage human and animal),, in addition to this interview and questioner people who are engaged in road was taken in to consideration. The sample inspections selected is provided using purposive sampling.
