The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of senior secondary school students' errors in mock Physic examination in Kwara State. Six (6) schools were purposively chosen for the study. The instruments used for this study included: Joint Mock Physics essay questions (JMPEQ) for SS3 Physics students, researchers' marking scheme (RMS) and researchers' prepared error identification and classification index (REICI). The reliability coefficient of REICI scores was 0.78. The findings of the study revealed that the percentage of errors committed by students in wrong operation (66.3%) doubled those of other three categories (Defective Algorithms 18.1% Random error 8.2%, and computational error 7.4%) added together.
