Many times, questions arise such as: do a sports leader, manager and coordinator have the same functions; does it mean the same thing; what professional profile should these people have to occupy these positions; are their qualifications adequate to the job position they occupy and the functions they perform; is there a shortage of training and specialists in sports administration, management and management in Colombia; these and other questions have always arisen in the sports industry.This book seeks to answer the above questions, based on the theoretical context and the analysis of the research conducted, which aims to know the role or situation of directors, managers and sports coordinators in the city of Bogota, Colombia in relation to their training and activity performed in their workplaces.It is important to highlight that sports management, as the years go by and as sport evolves, has more weight and acceptance within the different sports organizations.
