Operators in companies experience difficult working conditions that have an impact on their health and the company. Thus, "The analysis of the working conditions of the operators of the Beninese Textile Company of Lokossa: evaluative and ergonomic approaches" was identified as a relevant research topic. It is in this perspective that it aims to contribute to the improvement of working conditions of workers. To carry out this study, we adopted a dual approach: evaluative and ergonomic. The study showed that the working conditions at CBT are poor and consequently impact the health of the operators and the productivity of the company. It is to try to shed light on this problem, both crucial and urgent, that we proposed to conduct this study. Ultimately, this work is in line with the perspective of an ergonomic approach to work in order to contribute to the reduction of occupational risk factors that are too high for workers in Beninese and African companies.
