Assisted reproduction has become a method that can be used by anyone who wishes to achieve a family goal through the birth of a child, but which nevertheless raises numerous ethical questions for both users and professionals. The excessive expectations of technological advances, the uncertainty of the results, the openness towards a medicine of desire, etc. can generate ethical problems that require in-depth analysis. This is the first study to show how personal values have a decisive influence on attitudes towards different assisted reproduction techniques, which should be taken into account when treating each patient. In addition, this work presents a tool that can easily help the clinician in the decision making process of each person with respect to these techniques.
