received his B.Eng. degree in Automatic Control from Harbin Engineering University, China, in 2002, and Ph.D. degree in Computer and System Sciences from Mid Sweden University, Sweden, in 2010. He is currently an ERCIM Alain Bensoussan Fellow in Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway.
