Rana Bahadur Thapa has M.Sc. degree in Energy System and Management from Europa-Universität Flensburg, Germany. Additionally, he has Master¿s degree in Public Administration from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Mr. Thapa is now a PhD candidate in Agriculture and Forestry University, Nepal.
