Mukiibi is a Ugandan based writer and a professionally accomplished psychologist in the area of counsellorship, with a humanitarian knowledge in Restorative Governance. While at Makerere University where he also served as support staff in graphics design, computer maintenance and repair; and materials development, developed a sense of vigilantism to investigate the relationship; African Traditional Religion has with the Colonial Founded Religions (CFR) in Africa. The idea was to create a relative balance and reverse the myths that "before the introduction of CFRs in Africa, Africa was a pagan; and therefore a continent of the lost persons."
