Her current role is that of a Banker at Wells Fargo Bank in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Between 1992 and 2003 she also worked with CIBC/First Caribbean Bank in different capacities ending with that of Personal Banker at their Constant Spring and New Port West Branches. Janice will gain a Doctoral Degree in Christian Counseling in May 2017 from the Andersonville Theological Seminary where she studied counseling extensively for the past three years specializing in areas of Marriage, Depression, Abuse, Temperament and Pastoral Counseling. She gained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance and Accounting from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and studied Banking and Finance at the University of the West Indies. She lectured at the Northern Caribbean University, Jamaica in four finance subjects and was also the Interim President of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Jamaica.
