Autorenporträt
Stephanie grew up loving historical fiction and disliking studying history in school. An amazing professor turned her into a history major through his gift for storytelling. After discovering that she actually loved history, she got into living history and has worked or volunteered as a living history interpreter ever since. After earning a Master's Degree in Elementary Education, she taught ancient history to fifth graders. Her combined passion for history and education led to a job writing for History Unboxed in 2015. She most enjoys researching lesser-known cultures and writing about food trends through time. Her proudest accomplishment is passing on her love of history to her homeschooled children.
