This curricular unit Integral Human Development for Life has its genesis in the framework of the Robinsonian Master's program for teachers of 21 centers throughout the country at the National Experimental University "Simon Rodriguez", in Venezuela. The text presents a proposal based on the principles of knowing, knowing-being, knowing-how to do, knowing how to live together and knowing how to transcend towards the Total Being. The work includes at the end, theoretical-practical exercises that help to restructure and sow excellence and better quality of life, identifying the behavior of change through the indicator of achievement: realizing, in order to take charge of, and the criteria of: desire to change, respect for others, educating for life, conscious pedagogical practice, valuing the spiritual, and spiritual and emotional growth. The evidences presented allow us to appreciate the daily life of personal and professional human contexts, providing the opportunity to acquire theoretical and practical tools for a healthy and prolonged life and the enjoyment of a horizon of dignified survival, with freedom, respect for oneself and others.
