William McCarron is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel who served almost 25 years. He is also a retired Senior DoD Civilian. He spent two years in Vietnam, one as an Infantry Lieutenant and the second as a Military Intelligence Captain. On final retirement he and his wife Connie moved to South Carolina then Georgia where he still lives. They had three sons. He still enjoys playing golf and attending Vietnam Reunions. This is his first attempt as an author.
