Andragogy is a term used from the epistemologies of the south, to find the way for people who never had access to education, to reflect, rethink and criticize some factors in their daily lives, in order to rescue more resilient societies and susceptible to the changes that globalization and differences, print in each subject, in each inter subject and that makes it sensitive with its actions in the temporal dimensions towards the new generations. The context of democracy is made from the polyphonies, voices and silences that undertake a turn towards the memory and cultural history of some post-conflict regions in the department of Boyacá, specifically, in the western area, which lived a war for the exploitation of emeralds and that delimited a tendency to embrace peace, due to the fateful experiences lived in the past. Educating towards peace is an exercise that will motivate more writings, where the voices of those who today break their silence, will be the utopian action in theradical empathy that deserves every memory, every lived segment and every time that is susceptible to narratives and descriptions.
