L.A. Moore was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She has always had a passion for books. As a child, she became an avid reader, taking refuge and solitude in the adventures of the books she read. She began writing poetry and short stories in her teens. However, she tucked away her passions to pursue higher education and began working as a professional counselor. Besides writing, L.A. uses her creative gifts as a writer, playwright, singer, and poet to instill messages of faith, hope, love, healing, and forgiveness. She is now ready to return to her passion once again to see if she can give at least a portion of what others have given to her through their gift of writing. Victory's Rain is L.A.
