Rev. Dr. Alan McCann has been rector of Holy Trinity Carrickfergus since September 2000. He is married to Janet and they have a daughter, Taylor. Ordained in 1993, he served as curate-assistant in St Nicholas Carrickfergus. In 1996 he became curate in charge of Holy Trinity, Carrickfergus, a church plant which he led to full parish status in 2000
