This book is aimed at disseminating the use of the vinegar eel (Turbatrix aceti) as live food for larvae of aquatic species of productive interest. Autorenporträt
Daniela Gualtero y María Mora, estudiantes de Zootecnia de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Sede Bogotá, han trabajado con esta especie de Nematodo desde el año 2016. Con estudios enfocados en acuicultura sostenible se han centrado en el uso de nuevas especies de organismos aptas para la alimentación en larvicultura acuática.
