Sally King taught for forty years, specialising in English and Drama, but moving into the realms of Special Needs Education for her final ten working years. She was disappointed to see that so many words were disappearing from our children's vocabulary. Words relating to animals and birds became the basis for little rhymes which evolved into a trio of books.
