Obuo John Emidiaits é investigador no Instituto Nacional de Investigação de Recursos do Semi-Árido (NaSARRI). Tem um mestrado em Agricultura. Defendeu a libertação de variedades de culturas melhoradas e formou agricultores e extensionistas em tecnologias de produção de culturas e de tracção animal e produziu manuais de produção de culturas.
