The choice of the festival of Ben Slimane is linked to my relationship with my hometown. The latter lacks infrastructure and film festival in general and for children in particular. The choice of the festival of Ben Slimane is linked to my relationship with my hometown. The latter lacks infrastructure and film festival in general and for children in particular. It is in this perspective that I wanted to dedicate this thesis to this marginalized city by proposing a national film festival for children to produce a cultural activity for the inhabitants of this city and especially its children. I hope that this national festival for children will be only the beginning and that there will be other festivals so that the city can have several cultural events in general and more specifically film festivals. Morocco does not give priority to children's cinema because I found some festivals that appear and disappear without a trace, so I worked on festivals in Quebec and Montreal that have a history, experience and especially continuity.

Jihad Chitaouy, nacido el 16/03/1992, entrenador y museógrafo. Se graduó en 2009 con una licenciatura en ciencias económicas (Técnica de Gestión Contable). Se licenció en el Instituto Superior de Arte Dramático y Animación Cultural y obtuvo un máster en museografía en el Instituto Nacional de Arqueología y Patrimonio.
