Autorenporträt
Shirley D. Meier, a retired English teacher from suburban Chicago, moved to Colorado where she met Ann Fort, going with her on two mission trips to Kenya. She is a graduate of the University of Montana, has a Masters from Northern Illinois University and additional studies at the University of Mexico, London University and Roosevelt University. In addition to mission work, she enjoys gardening, music and time spent with her family. Her previous books include a travel memoir, "Four Points in Time and Place". (above right)
